About Me
Danielle Farley
Founder & Director, Blue Skies Outreach
With over 19 years of experience working with children and families — including 15 years as a qualified social worker within Children’s Services — I have dedicated my career to supporting those most in need. I hold a Bachelor of Honours degree in Social Work (2010), a Master of Business Administration (MBA, 2024), and I am a Chartered Manager through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Throughout my career in frontline social care, I have witnessed the growing demand for high-quality, flexible support — especially during evenings and weekends when statutory services are often unavailable. Too often, commissioned services have lacked the skills, experience, or capacity to effectively meet the complex needs of children, young people, and families.
In addition to outreach support, I am deeply passionate about raising the standard of supported accommodation for homeless young people aged 16–18 and those with care experience. Every young person deserves more than just a roof over their head — they deserve a safe, nurturing environment where they can develop essential life skills, build confidence, and access opportunities in education, employment, and community life.
My goal is to redefine what “support” truly means — raising expectations, promoting dignity, and building sustainable pathways for meaningful change.
This vision led me to establish Blue Skies Outreach, where I champion a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and integrity-driven approach. Our services are guided by compassion and a deep commitment to values-led practice in every relationship and programme we deliver.
At Blue Skies Outreach, I lead a team of skilled professionals who share my dedication to delivering responsive, person-centred support rooted in our core values: integrity, nurture, adaptability, innovation, and positivity. Together, we aim not only to meet immediate needs, but to create long-term opportunities — empowering individuals and families with the tools, confidence, and connections they need to thrive.
