Welfare Visits
Blue Skies Outreach provides both announced and unannounced welfare visits to children, young people and families.
Visits are tailored to identified needs and concerns, helping to assess wellbeing, safety, home conditions and support requirements.
Our relationship-based approach enables us to build trust while promoting safeguarding, stability and positive outcomes.
Where required, visits may include direct work, safety planning, advocacy and practical support.
Comprehensive written reports can be provided to commissioning agencies following visits.
Direct work
Blue Skies Outreach provides personalised direct work sessions for children, young people and families.
Sessions can take place within the home, community or other suitable settings and are tailored to identified needs and outcomes.

Supervised Family Time
Blue Skies Outreach provides supervised family time sessions that promote safe, meaningful and child-focused contact between children, young people and their families.
Sessions are delivered in line with individual care plans, risk assessments and professional expectations, with the child or young person's welfare remaining central throughout.
We aim to create supportive and positive environments that encourage healthy relationships, emotional wellbeing and family connection.
Detailed observations and written reports can be provided to commissioning agencies following sessions where required.
